- Define effective finance business partnering practices.
- Prepare high-quality monthly reports and analyses.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI creation.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost control.
- Support the statutory accounts process and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and analyse financial trends.
- Partner with senior leaders on profitability and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and planning
What you'll need to succeedFully qualified with either ACA, ACCA or CIMA a preferencePrior experience of Finance Business Partnering, combined with significant post-qualification experience.Ability to manage relationships with internal and external non-finance stakeholders and navigate a complex internal business.What you'll get in return£70-75k salary + car scheme + competitive company benefits packageLong-term commitment to hybrid working.
