About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload that includes all aspects of property and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with experience in property and commercial matters.

You will be responsible for matters related but not limited to:

  • Rights of way
  • Boundary disputes
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Nuisance
  • Trespass
  • Adverse possession
  • Rights to light

Additionally, you will handle disagreements arising from Property matters such as:

  • Commercial leases and Residential tenancies,
  • Dilapidations and property defects
  • Lease renewals, service charges, and gaining possession.

On the commercial side, you will be involved in, contractual disputes and negligent provision of services.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in property and commercial litigation.
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service.
