About Our Client:
LHH Legal Recruitment are working with a reputable law firm that takes pride in providing exceptional legal services and supporting the local community. They prioritise the well-being of their team and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload that includes all aspects of property and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with experience in property and commercial matters.
You will be responsible for matters related but not limited to:
- Rights of way
- Boundary disputes
- Restrictive covenants
- Nuisance
- Trespass
- Adverse possession
- Rights to light
Additionally, you will handle disagreements arising from Property matters such as:
- Commercial leases and Residential tenancies,
- Dilapidations and property defects
- Lease renewals, service charges, and gaining possession.
On the commercial side, you will be involved in, contractual disputes and negligent provision of services.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in property and commercial litigation.
- Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to providing exceptional client service.
Benefits:
- Salary circa £40,000-£50,000 per year.
