Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Solution (TRS) are a specialist automotive recruitment consultancy, with an office based in Chingford, and consultants working from home. Due to recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with current or previous automotive experience.

Whilst previous automotive experience is important, we also look for the following attributes: • Being tenacious and self-motivated• Being fun and engaging • Being organized and committed to exceptional customer service• Be ambitious and creative, able to find solutions• The ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and clients• Confident to meet candidates and clients in person when required• Ability to follow a tested process• Excellent administration skills• A quick learnerWe have many excellent clients nationally, including privately owned automotive dealer groups, automotive manufacturers as well as large PLC's.
