The position -
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and machine accessories
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and productivity
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fanuc CNC Programmer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and setup procedures
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for creating and editing programs
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with materials handling, including loading and unloading parts from machines
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and speeds/feed rates

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
