Salary: £60k salary +OTE negotiable

Executive Head Chef Role responsibilities:
- Building a positive environment
- Looking after the team - mentoring/coaching/succession planning
- Oversee, manage, and develop the culinary offering and menus across all aspects of the business
- Implement and manage robust operating procedures across the estate kitchens and stores.
- Oversee and manage food ordering, supplier agreements and costs in line with budget and business demands.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, portion control, plating standards, and waste management records to maximise efficiencies and profitability.
Executive Head Chef Skills Experience:
- Must have Executive Chef experience.
- Experience in high-volume environments.
- Fine-dining experience
- Strong client management skills
