Our client is looking for a new team member to join their HMO and Compliance Team in their Dundee Office. Within the role you will use your skills, knowledge and experience to provide excellent service to all the organisations clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be joining their HMO & Compliance team, overseeing the handling and completion of Safety certification, Housing of Multiple Occupancy applications and licenses for their UK portfolio.

The role requires someone with a high attention to detail to ensure all their properties always remain compliant.

The candidate will also be liaising with contractors on a range of different trades and work types and building positive client relationships with all their clients, colleagues and externals alike, always ensuring a high level of customer services is always adhered to.

Key duties:

·         Assisting in achieving and exceed department KPI’s around volume, deadlines, profit and margin and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs.

·         To ensure all properties across entire portfolio are safe and compliant at all times.

·         Arranging inspections with the HMO departments of each local authority as and when required.

·         Ensure that each property record is kept up to date to ensure all information is correct come the renewal stages of the licenses and correct information is provided to the Council committees.

·         Manage safety certification instructions to ensure all renewed accordingly within expiry date period.

·         Ensure minor works and actions required are carried out and notified to the clients.

·         Ensure high service levels are maintained at all times.

·         High attention to detail.

·         Great communication skills between internal and external customers as well as contractors.

·         Positive client feedback.
