Trainee Financial Planner

Trainee Financial Planner required by a growing wealth management firm based in Dundee. You will be responsible for to providing advice to the clients and deliver tailored solutions across the areas of retirement, investment, and protection planning.

This role offers an existing client bank as well as full administrative, technical and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing individual clients’ financial circumstances, current provisions, and future goals.
• Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients, providing personalised financial advice and solutions.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet clients' needs.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive financial guidance.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial regulations to provide informed advice.

Required:

• Level 4 qualified - Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning
• Genuine desire to provide a high standard of advice and service to clients
• Knowledge of Investments, Protection and Defined Contribution pensions.
