Reception work immediately available, part time, afternoons only opportunity.
Maybe you are a student looking for summer work to build your commercial experience; or in-between jobs looking for some temporary work.
You will:
- operate a switchboard, pass on calls and take messages
- welcome visitors and staff
- advise on security policies
- check visitors in using an automated check in system
- create visitor and staff passes
It is essential that you are well presented, have good customer service skills and the ability to remain professional at all times.
