Job
As an Accounts Assistant you will be involved in the following:
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices daily
- Statement reconciliations
- Maintaining new suppliers/bank details
- Check and process staff expenses
- General supplier queries
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
You
As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled or qualified in the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the above responsibilities
- IT literate in all Microsoft packages and a widely used finance system
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work as a team
