I`m keen to speak with progressive Restaurant and Bar Managers about a relocation possibility outside of Edinburgh - this Luxury, Bespoke Hotel is not commutable so will require a full relocation to a beautiful part of Scotland.

This Hotel is firmly Luxury focused and we are looking for a Manager to look after the primary Dining Restaurant offer which operates Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner as well as over over see the small bar and lounge area.

Previous high-end experience is a must ideally at 5 Star level..

Strong attention to detail and service standards are crucial in looking after the clientele.

Basic salary is up to 45k + Trunc

Help with relocating can be provided.
