A nursing home in the Dunfermline area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team.
Details of this Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering:

As Deputy Manager you will work alongside an experienced Service Manager to successfully run the home. Support the Service Manager by overseeing the team and by providing day-to-day leadership of the service.
Applicants for this Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- Have completed a recognised care management qualification such as NVQ/SVQ Level 4 or above or nurse qualified
- NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
