As a Finance Manager, you will be working in a business that operates across the UK & Ireland, delivering logistical solutions to their clients on a daily basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the Company Management Accountant and oversee a team of 7 within accounts to ensure that the day to day operation runs smoothly and that management accounts are completed accurately and efficiently, utilising accurate financial insights to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

The Role
- Oversee the day to day operation of the finance department
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and supporting commentary.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities for business forecasting
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors.
- Using Power BI to assist with reporting
You will need:
- Third Level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll receive:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Base Salary Dependant on Experience
- Annual Bonus
