Electrical/Mechanical Installer and Field Service Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Installer to play a crucial role in meeting the demands for on-site maintenance, adept problem-solving, commissioning, electrical fault-finding, and testing of our premium products. This dynamic role requires regular travel from our headquarters to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electrical field-based maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of our products.
  • Perform electrical fault-finding and rigorous testing of our appliances.
  • Provide excellent customer service, as this role involves direct interaction with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Execute tasks efficiently, demonstrating a systematic and logical approach.
  • Work independently, displaying initiative and ensuring tasks are completed within established timeframes.
  • Uphold a high standard of organization and methodical work ethic.
  • Demonstrate reliability in all assigned tasks.
  • Exhibit proficiency in IT applications relevant to the role.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an electrical and/or mechanical environment is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical operations.
  • Possession of a valid and clean UK driving license.
  • Demonstrated ability in fault-finding and problem-solving.
  • Methodical and systematic approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Capability to work autonomously, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable and dependable.
