We are looking for a skilled and experience Site Supervisor to lead our roofing team in Durham.

The Role:

• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct pre-job inspections to assess site conditions and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to roofing team members, including training and mentoring as needed.
• Manage materials and equipment, including inventory control and procurement.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Complete project documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and job site photos.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health and Safety certification (CSCS or equivalent) preferred.
