The role is on a fully remote basis and is on a 6 months contract with potential to extend.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - 44.48 48.87 per hour
Umbrella - 50-55 per hour
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:
- To undertake legal research as required.
- To deal with a caseload of child care and education cases working on such cases directly or with assistance from other members of the team.
- To deal with requests for advice and assistance in the areas set out in the job purpose.
- Able to write reports or make amendments to reports as may be necessary.
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in childcare law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
