Job Description: 

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. As a CSR, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Here are the key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Handling Inbound Calls:

    • Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls from customers.
    • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  2. Assessing Customer Needs:

    • Understand and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Advocate for customers when necessary and gather valuable feedback.

Qualifications:
