Location: Commutable from Newton Aycliffe, East Durham, Peterlee, Durham, Bowburn and close to the A1.

Job Description
- Experience managing skilled teams within a CNC environment, engineering background yourself will be beneficial but not essential.
- Proven in determining best production methods and improving efficiencies. Tested in an environment whereby demands are ever changing.
- Drive a safety first and right first time culture, ensuring quality and HSE standards are engrained in all shop floor activities.
- Develop a team of skilled CNC machinists, all at varying levels. Taking pleasure in managing their training programmes.
- Competent in managing teams and knowledge of good HR practices in order to work closely with that function within the business.
