Operations Coordinator

Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting teams and delivering exceptional service? I am currently recruiting for an operations administrator to join and successful and well-known company playing a vital role in day-today administration/operational duties.

You will be the go-to person for operational support across a designated region-liaising with site teams, regional managers and internal departments to ensure smooth running operations. 

Key duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for site teams, assisting with bookings, policies and daily queries 
  • Coordinating between sites and the head office to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers 
  • Working with publishing and social media teams to share site news and updates
  • Manage and oversee the process of necessary supplies required by site teams and management liaising with the purchasing/procurement team 
  • Maintain and update health, safety and environmental compliance records
  • Attend supplier meetings and share key insights with the wider team
  • Support uniform and PPE distribution, including attending induction events
  • Monitor and communicate site issues, including emergencies to members and guests 
  • Provide daily admin and operational support to regional managers
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, shows and site visits
  • Support with any other adhoc additional administrative duties as required
