We are looking for a Electrical Systems Commissioning Engineer (Marine) for one of our maritime clients.
Typically, this person will operate in a technical and customer focused role providing Electronic Support to customers as far as the Middle East (you will be away for up to 5 days of the week, home most weekends). The role includes vessel commissioning of Electronic Control systems, system fault finding on board and remote assistance, emergency vessel failure support and vessel inspections.

Duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Systems Commissioning Engineer (Marine):
- Provide technical information and advice on installation support to issues e.g. module positioning, cabling, power supply, set-ups etc to shipyards prior to build if required
- Travel to customers sites commissioning electrical systems
- Fault finding and trouble shooting
- Clear communication with the office and with the shipyard enabling a smooth and controlled commission
- Sea Acceptance Tests
- Provide Electronic Control System Support training
Qualifications and requirement for the Electrical Systems Commissioning Engineer (Marine):
- Driving Licence
- Full UK Passport
- Willingness to travel up to 5 days a week (home most weekends)
