- Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Weekday) 8:30am-4:30pm (Saturdays) - one day off in the week

My client, one of the most successful independent Estate Agencies in Eastbourne, has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join the friendly and lively team. The role includes:
- Arranging and attending property viewings with clients
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers & many other third parties
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
- Maintaining good and strong relationships with individuals
- Striving to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proactively seeking out new business and generate leads
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the property market
