We are looking for an multi-site General Manager/Area Manager with superb people skills, the ability and experience to train and push your restaurants to the next level through inspiring your teams to achieve excellence.
Essentials:
- You will have a huge focus on your people, recruitment, training, learning and development.
- You will be able to show experience of engaging large teams and driving sales.
- Experience of overseeing high volume, premium dining restaurants & bars in London.
- An Area Manager that is going to make a big impact, bring energy and challenge your people through setting targets while offering support and the tools to achieve them.
- Charismatic personality with a clear vision.
