Coordinator
Eastleigh (Office Based)
Full Time (Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm)
Up to £28k per annum (DOE)
- Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails.
- Liaising with other departments and stakeholders.
- Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately.
- Carrying out general administration duties.
Experience:
- Previous Customer Service experience in a fast paced and busy environment.
- Confident IT skills including MS Packages.
- Ability to remain calm and focussed in pressurised situations.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, 'will-do’ attitude.
