This role is ideally suited to professionals with experience in managing or supporting a caseload of Court of Protection matters, who are looking to progress their career within a supportive, values-driven environment.

The Team:

The Court of Protection team is widely respected for its specialist work supporting individuals who lack capacity-often due to brain injuries or complex medical needs. The team advises on deputyship applications, property and financial affairs management, and statutory wills, always ensuring that client wellbeing and dignity remain the priority.

The Role:

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering expert legal advice on managing the private property and financial affairs of vulnerable individuals. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex Court of Protection matters
  • Managing your own caseload, with increasing autonomy as you progress
  • Working closely with families, medical professionals, and external bodies
  • Maintaining accurate budgets and financial records
  • Building trusted client relationships and providing compassionate, practical advice

Candidate Profile:We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with:

  • The ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
  • A proactive and collaborative working style
