(Hybrid Role) Eastleigh or Bristol, however, must be able to attend team meetings in Eastleigh.
Salary: Up to £65,000 plus car allowance plus excellent benefits

Location: Eastleigh
Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate mechanical estimates for a range of projects within the portfolio.
- Prepare and compilation of proposal submissions including solution and option appraisal of new methods of Project delivery to identify valid and viable commercial delivery options.
- Obtaining specialist subcontractor costs.
- Attend site visits as required across the UK as part of the bid process.
- Update Pipeline Reporting System and to contribute to the generation of BD Management information reports.
- Attend Divisional Bid Meetings, Progressing submitted tenders.
- Assist in formulation of tender returns.
- Measurement of performance versus contracted requirements.
- Identification of a broad range of cost saving initiatives in line with contractual obligations.
The successful candidate:
- Educated to HNC/HND Standard (or equivalent).
- Ideally have experience in Data Centre projects
- Excellent management experience.
- Relevant experience of estimating within a Building services contractor
- Proficient IT Skills to include, Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL.
- Full UK Driving Licence
