Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Garden Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis located in Southampton, Hampshire. 

Candidate must hold a Full UK Drivers License for this position

Responsibilities

• As the Garden Maintenance Team Leader you will be leading a small team of gardeners and completing a variety of tasks which could include:
• Ground maintenance duties on high end clients 
• Enforcing Health and Safety regulations 
• A good knowledge of garden maintenance
• Experience with dealing with clients face to face 
• Liasing with company directors 

Requirements

• PPE will be essential 
• Full UK Drivers License required
• At least 4 years experience in the horticultural industry 
• Ideally experience leading a team of people 

Benefits

• £30,(Apply online only) - £35,(Apply online only) per annum, though dependant on experience  
• Permanent role
• 7:00-4:30 , Monday to Friday 
• Company Van (not to be taken home)
