Strategy Education are looking for special needs learning support assistants for a new school based in the Eccles area in Norfolk.
The role
You will be required to support and supervise vulnerable secondary aged students with special education needs.
Help with strategies to manage challenging behaviour in a positive manner
Maintain and keep accurate records
Help students by promoting their self esteem
Provide specific and a tailored education for each students unique needs
Prepare materials and resources
Person Specification
Good standard of education (GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in Maths & English)
Experience of working with vulnerable young people with a range of SEN including one of the following SEMH, ADHD or Autism
A genuine desire to make a positive difference to young people with SEN
Good sense of humour
