Pertemps Stoke are looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer to join our well established client in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area.
Key responsibilities of this Mechanical Engineer role:
- To work within the maintenance team to ensure the smooth running of the production machinery
- Implement the preventative maintenance programme and to document all repairs
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on production machinery
- Ensure all machines are in good working order
- Maintain factory hygiene standards
- Previous experience as a maintenance engineer
- An understanding of the manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skills
- Salary - 27,000
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
- Monday to Friday Rotational shifts - 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
