Responsbilities:? Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status upon admission and throughout their stay.? Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, identifying any changes or deterioration in their condition. ? Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.? Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patients' assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.? Adhering to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within healthcare settings.
Requirements:? NMC registration and PIN? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
