Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Lead commercial and retail projects through all RIBA work stages
- Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on projects within the commercial and retail sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
