Since Vittoria on the Walk was first opened by Nonno Alberto in Leith more than 50 years ago, three generations of our family have expanded the Vittoria Hospitality Group across this beautiful city and we are delighted to announce our latest newly opened venture, LANDY's Restaurant.
Our new stunning site is located on North Bridge in the city centre of Edinburgh.
We are looking to hire Sous Chefs & Senior Sous Chefs to the team as we grow and grow day by day.
Someone that enjoys a fast-paced busy environment, is passionate about food and has a desire to learn and grow within the business.
The role itself:
- Maximises guest satisfaction by providing the highest & consistent food quality.
- Support with Cost Control Margins.
- Support with Control Profitability Margins.
- Spec Control & Recipes & Wastage.
- Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety & Health & Safety Standards.
- Control allergens and all other food compliance.
