Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer
Based: Edinburgh
The Scottish National Investment Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer, who will play a key role in our mission to drive forward sustainable and equitable growth. You will be a proven Executive Assistant with demonstrable experience supporting Executives at Board or Senior Leadership levels with the passion, integrity and discretion to provide first class support.
You will bring these attributes, coupled with your can-do attitude to handle a wide range of tasks ranging from complex diary management; internal and external customer and stakeholder handling; travel arrangements and full administrative support.
In addition, you will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise well, align competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment.

About You
* Proven experience of supporting an Executive at Board or Senior level, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise well whilst aligning competing priorities to deliver against time deadlines.
* Proactive in your delivery, using your initiative to move matters forward on behalf of the Chief Investment Officer.
* Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information.
