As a Digital Channel Manager, you will lead our SEO and Paid Media efforts. This role is instrumental in our digital marketing strategy by defining strategic directions and managing hands-on SEO and paid media activities. You will amplify our online visibility, engage customers globally, and contribute substantially to our company's growth targets through a practical, hands-on approach.

Description

As follows:

SEO Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy that includes technical adjustments, on-page optimisations, strategic link building, and content development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with our Content Writer and Product Experts to develop and execute SEO-led content strategies that enhance visibility and engagement across all major search engines.
  • Perform detailed keyword research and deploy content strategies that increase our rankings and visibility, boost traffic and conversion.
  • Optimise website architecture, landing pages, and user experience with a focus on converting traffic to leads.
  • Perform A/B tests, analyse and report to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Manage the website performance and reporting demonstrating the impact of SEO.
  • Perform detail competitor analysis and reporting demonstrating our share growth in market and against competitors.

Paid Media Strategy and Execution:

  • Strategically plan and execute digital advertising and re-targeting campaigns (Generic, Brand and Competitor) across multiple channels and territories across the globe, including search engines, social media, and digital display networks that target our ICP.
  • Perform regular detailed keyword research.
  • Develop and test various ad and creative formats with a strong focus on targeting models and landing page optimisation to improve campaign performance (conversion) and scalability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, adjust bids, and experiment with new growth strategies to increase efficiency and spend transparency.
  • Analyse and report on campaign and channel performance, offering insights into the effectiveness of strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform detail competitor analysis and reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams/experts to synchronise the digital strategies with the overall business objectives. Educate and update internal teams on SEO/paid media best practices and campaign progress.

Profile

Applicants should have the following.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint preferred.
  • Extensive experience in SEO and digital advertising with proven success in B2B
  • Proficiency in SEO and marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Skilled in managing digital ad budgets across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Experienced in A/B and multivariate testing, with a strong understanding of HTML/CSS as they relate to SEO.
  • Strong analytical ability, proficient with tools like GA4, Looker Studio and HubSpot.
