Your new roleAs the Site Manager, you will be specialising in defect repairs for a pre-existing apartment building. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of defect remediation within the building. You will be working closely with contractors, tradespeople, and residents to identify, assess, and address various construction defects, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Your role involves project management, communication, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.What you'll need to succeedOur client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong attention to detail and direct expertise in defect management and repair. You will have an up-to-date SMSTS and be trade qualified in a relevant trade. You work well within a busy team environment and have the skill set and adaptability to jump onto a project quickly and make an impact.What you'll get in returnThis is an immediate start for the right candidate, and it will last for 3-6 months.
