An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Credit Controller to join a reputable professional services team. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, oversee credit control operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

  • Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Oversee client relationships, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure compliance with business rules and terms.
  • Report on aged debtors and cash collection forecasts.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and present on credit control performance.
  • Contribute to team objectives and work towards achieving departmental targets.
  • Ensure the company's financial policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as required.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A solid understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.
