Electrical Engineer required to join a dynamic and innovative leading electrical contractor based in Edinburgh. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining & troubleshooting complex electrical systems.

The Electrical Engineer will receive:

  • Competitive salary up to 45,000 per annum
  • Potential earnings exceeding 60,000 per year with regular overtime paid at an increased rate.

The Electrical Engineer will be:

  • Conducting risk assessments on each job and communicate any concerns with the line manager.
  • Ensuring installation & maintenance work is carried out efficiently and safely, adhering to current health and safety legislation.
  • Setting up and commission new equipment.
  • Provide technical support with electronic systems.

The Electrical Engineer requires:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ certification in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your own initiative.
  • Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.
