We are currently seeking a talented and fully qualified Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial initiatives.

You will have the primary responsibility for leading and managing the finances for the business. You will ensure strategic and operational planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting operate to enhance the governance and decision-making process for the business as well as conducting some day-to-day delivery of the finance functions.

What you will bring to the role.
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all financial processes including production of monthly management reports, payroll, quarterly financial reporting and biannual budget setting
  • To oversee and operate the computerised accounting system
  • Reviewing and updating financial policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk, and driving performance improvements
