The firm place the upmost importance on staff well-being and development being eager to support the continued growth of all employees.Your new roleThe firm are actively looking to recruit an Audit Semi-senior to join their current team. The key duties of the role include:

  • Assisting with audit assignments, identifying key risks, assessing how to test them, assessing and reviewing the budgets through to completing an analytical review.
  • Assisting with supervising, delegating, and monitoring the work of trainees and ensuring work is ready for manager review.
  • Work with other departments (accounts preparation and tax) to ensure a seamless service is provided to clients.
  • Delivering information to clients in a timely manner whilst displaying in-depth client and industry knowledge.
  • Communicating to management on the progress of workload and planning for efficient completion.

What you need to succeedThe successful candidate will have experience working within an audit function with an accountancy firm of any size. Ideally, you will be part way through a professional qualification such as ICAS or ACCA and have experience assisting with audit engagements for clients across a range of industries and sectors. You will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable carrying out an array of client-facing work.What's in it for you?
