Temporary 3-6 Weeks ContractPart Time 29 hrs a week / Mon - ThursCharity Our client in the charitable sector, are looking to hire an People Team Administrator to support a small, friendly team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to build up or maintain your HR Skills in a short-term contract, where you will help with a varied workload of HR and L&D duties.
Duties:
- Monitoring a L&D Mailbox and handling queries (training requests)
- Setting up new staff on systems
- Arranging training events with venue hire and external training - processing invoices for these
- Scanning PVG checks and other HR admin

What they’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an HR Admin Role, with sound knowledge of HR Systems or LMS
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Confidence to work autonomously but also collaboratively across the organisation
