Our client is looking to hire an HR Assistant to support with a varied workload of HR admin and advice for Scotland, working collaboratively in a small HR team and with an external HR consultancy.
Duties:
- Being 1st POC for HR, via email, telephone and face-to-face
- Ensuring HR files and information is up-to-date and correct including RTW audits
- Advising employees and managers on HR queries based on policy, as well as escalating complex issues to external agency
- Assisting with any project work such as employee engagement

- Previous experience in an HR Admin Role, with sound knowledge of HR practice
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
