Edinburgh (North-East City) – option for 1 day per week from home after trainingPermanent Contract

Our client is looking to hire an HR Assistant to support with a varied workload of HR admin and advice for Scotland, working collaboratively in a small HR team and with an external HR consultancy.

Duties:

  • Being 1st POC for HR, via email, telephone and face-to-face
  • Ensuring HR files and information is up-to-date and correct including RTW audits
  • Advising employees and managers on HR queries based on policy, as well as escalating complex issues to external agency  
  • Assisting with any project work such as employee engagement

  • Previous experience in an HR Admin Role, with sound knowledge of HR practice
