Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
- Create and execute innovative promotions and events to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-pacedhospitality environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Knowledge of bar management software and inventory systems is advantageous
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
