Denholm is excited to partner with a highly prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a Head of People & Culture. This high profile role is an integral part of the senior management team, driving the people on a strategic and operational level, you will drive this people agenda ensuring that all people leaders are coached to cultivate a positive workplace culture.

You are:

  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and process-driven approach.
  • An exceptional communicator with high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, able to manage high-pressure situations and thrive in dynamic environments.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Lead and Develop: Offer strategic leadership and personal development through a coaching style that enhances growth and performance.
  • Enhance HR Processes: Streamline and improve HR processes and policies to align with strategic objectives, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency.
  • Champion Organisational Culture: Actively maintain and nurture our distinctive organisational culture during a period of significant growth and change.
  • Oversee HR Technology: Manage the implementation and optimisation of our HRIS and ATS platforms.

Essential Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5/7 in Organisational Learning & Development.
  • Significant leadership experience in HR, ideally within a high-profile or similar complex setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR policies and systems.
