Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for end-user hardware in the Edinburgh office

  • Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, desktops, and printers

  • Assist with Windows and Office 365 application issues

  • Support new rollouts and contribute to project delivery
