My parnters are looking for an experienced Solutions Helpdesk Agent to join our fast-growing technology company. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting an extensive client base across cutting-edge print and scan solutions.

About the Role

As a Helpdesk Agent, you’ll provide remote support for both software and hardware issues—focusing primarily on print and scan environments. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values initiative, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and manage support tickets within SLA timelines

  • Resolve hardware and software issues via remote tools

  • Own and drive helpdesk operations across their platforms including print and scan.

? What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role

  • Excellent communication and ticket-handling skills

  • Strong technical knowledge multi functional devices such as the above devices.

  • Experience supporting print management solutions (e.g., PaperCut or uniFLOW) Bonus points for both!

  • The type of candidate we are looking for would be someone with good experience under their belt, who has experience with remote support and either been in an MSP, Telecoms or IT company.
