Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Commercial Property team. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of transactions, with early responsibility and the support of experienced colleagues.

You will work on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters, advising a diverse client base across sectors. The firm fosters a collaborative, agile, and empowering culture, with a focus on supporting career development and well-being.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from inception to completion
  • Examining title and providing clear, concise client reports
  • Negotiating and revising leases for both landlord and tenant clients
  • Conducting research and preparing legal opinions on commercial property issues
  • Contributing to the development of templates and best practice resources
  • Supporting marketing, business development and client engagement activities

Candidate profile:

  • At least one seat in commercial property during a traineeship or equivalent relevant experience
  • A genuine interest in commercial property law and a desire to build a career in this area
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in plain English
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to workload management
