Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 years')
A highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh is seeking a commercial property solicitor (3-6 years’) to join its busy Real Estate team. This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor looking to combine traditional commercial property work with a specialist focus in the growing telecoms real estate sector.
The Role Offers Exposure To:
- Telecoms property transactions – manage and acquire phone mast sites for major telecoms clients, including project-specific site acquisitions with direct client engagement
- Investment work – advise on the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial assets, particularly landlord-side work
- Property finance – support secured lending transactions, primarily acting for lenders
- Leasing transactions – advise commercial tenants across a variety of sectors
About You:
- 3-6 years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial property law
- Ideally, exposure to telecoms-related property work (not essential)
- Confident handling transactions from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage a busy workload under pressure
