Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a Solicitor, or a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify this year, to join a Land & Rural Business team – one of the largest and most respected in Scotland. The team is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK.This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with an interest in rural affairs to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team working at the heart of Scotland’s land and agricultural sector.What You’ll Do:
  • Provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of rural and agricultural property matters
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents and manage transactions from instruction to completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as Private Client, Planning, and Corporate
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
What You’ll Need:
  • Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE in property law (rural or agricultural property experience is an advantage, but not essential)
  • A genuine interest in rural life and the rural sector
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
