Residential Conveyancing Senior Solicitor/Associate (4+ years')

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor/Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to join a well-established and expanding residential property team based in Edinburgh.

The OpportunityThis is a chance to take on a visible and valued role within a reputable firm, managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will handle high-quality transactions, including sales, purchases, new build developments, remortgages and transfers of title. There is also scope to advise property developers on land and building acquisitions.

With direct client engagement and support from a collaborative team, this role offers the autonomy and progression potential expected at senior level. Those with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the team will be particularly well suited.
