The Real Este Team are highly regarded and work with an impressive bank of clients from major banks and financial institutions through to private investors. The team are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them and assist with the smooth running of the department.Typical responsibilities shall include:
  • Diary Management
  • Booking Meetings
  • Booking Travel
  • Drafting various correspondence
  • Preparing preparing Land Register of Scotland forms, LBTT returns 
  • Preparing forms and administration of title deeds and wallets
  • Managing month and year end billing for allocated fee earners, preparation of draft fee notes
  • Scanning, photocopying and engrossment of documents
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Providing cover for other departments as required.
