We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a 9-week fit-out project in central Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity involves working on a student accommodation project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities of a Site Manager:
- Oversee and manage a team of up to 14 trades and labour staff
- Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fit-out projects is essential
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Asbestos Awareness Certification
- Fire Warden Certification
- Black CSCS Card
