We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a 9-week fit-out project in central Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity involves working on a student accommodation project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities of a Site Manager:

  • Oversee and manage a team of up to 14 trades and labour staff
  • Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fit-out projects is essential
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Asbestos Awareness Certification
  • Fire Warden Certification
  • Black CSCS Card
