If you're an experienced, strategically-minded and hands-on Senior Inbound Marketing Lead with a deep knowledge of HubSpot and how to implement at a high, complex level, we want to hear from you!

Denholm are delighted to be working with one of the foremost agencies who specialise in the power of HubSpot to transform their clients' operations, marketing strategies, and processes by managing and executing campaigns.

Being responsible for everything from onboarding clients to staying on top of new trends, features and products, building and managing key relationships to strategically outlining a route to achieving client goals, this is a crucial and multi-layered role within the agency.

With solid B2B experience, dealing with clients and stakeholders, and a deep working knowledge of HubSpot and CRM's at a business-critical level, you will enjoy the onboarding and training process as much as the implementation and campaign development in this exciting role.

What you'll be doing

  • Embedding HubSpot at the heart of the client's operations.
  • Implementing marketing campaigns, tactics, and strategies.
  • Developing and delivering successful user adoption training programmes for teams.
  • Facilitating smooth transitions out of onboarding projects to ongoing working relationships, overseeing ongoing support to existing clients.
  • Coaching and enabling quality onboarding execution from team members.
  • Develop successful inbound marketing strategies that deliver commercial value.
  • Identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Run client discovery sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition process is in place from onboarding to ongoing strategy.
  • Create, run, and optimise user adoption training programmes both in-person and virtually across sales, marketing & service products.

Who we're looking for

  • 4+ years' B2B experience.
  • Ability to effectively and strategically utilise the following functionality in HubSpot: Lists & segmentation, Automation, Ads, Email, Landing pages, Campaigns & assets, Lead Capture and Reports.
  • Results-driven, self-starter, strong sense of ownership to go the extra mile.
  • Understand how to work with clients' sales, customer service, marketing, and management layers to address core problems, and devise product-centric solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) and very comfortable with aligning the deployment of it with the client's business needs.
  • Experience managing a wide range of onboarding projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Track record of delivering successful training programmes.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and use HubSpot marketing functionality to creatively solve problems.
  • Ability to put yourself in the shoes of new users - adjusting your training and overall support approach to empower and use the platform as much as possible.
  • Focus on efficiency through the refinement of systems/processes/internal training.

You'll be rewarded for your efforts with a competitive salary and wider package, lifestyle benefits, hybrid working and more.

If that sounds like your perfect next move, apply today!
